SACRED MORNING is a digital spiritual application offering daily devotionals, Scripture readings, guided prayers, and a personal journal to support your practice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase SACRED MORNING, or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment Terms — One-Time Purchase

SACRED MORNING is offered as a one-time payment of €27. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Your purchase grants long-term access to the app as it exists at the time of purchase, including any free updates we choose to release. Payment is processed securely by Digistore24.

5. Refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

SACRED MORNING is provided "as is" for personal spiritual reflection. To the extent permitted by law, Borchardt Empreendimentos Digitais shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, or pastoral advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse of the service. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Brazilian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. The "last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
